So, this weekend was chock-full of excitement for both my family and Red Raider fans everywhere! I want to congratulate my parents who both completed the New York City Marathon this weekend! SO AWESOME!! They will hate me for spilling their ages, but they are both 52 and can out run me big time. I am so so so proud of you guys! They are such a huge influence in my life and a constant source of support, love, advice, and inspiration. I feel very blessed to have you both and I am very proud of your accomplishment.

And...I am so proud of my Texas Tech Red raiders for beating the pants off of UT! I knew we could do it! And even though I am an Austinite now, I will always be a Red Raider. WRECK 'EM TECH!
